Although the ban on broadband #Internet connectivity was conditionally lifted in #Manipur #India last week, the ban on #mobile connectivity remains in place nearly three months after it was instituted. Traffic volumes on AS45609 (Airtel) and AS9829 (BSNL) remain extremely low.
